Members and ministry/groups wishing to use the facilities here at FCF must fill out a Building Use Request Form and submit it to the Church Office. Please verify with the church secretary that the date or days requested are open on the master calendar.  Due to escalating cost for electricity all ministry/groups, (non-members) will  be asked to pay a small fee to cover expenses (utilities, wear and tear).  This fee will be determined on an hourly rate.  Also a cleaning fee may have to be added for custodial work if needed.  A  $50.00 deposit will be required along with this Request Form, and will be refunded when all guidelines have been followed and the use of our building is completed.  Please no exceptions.
